Not a good choice.

I would definitely suggest that Wolfram focus more energy on fixing and improving the quality of their existing apps instead of releasing so many mediocre apps. This app just has the bare minimums as far as what it can do. If you are in a mechanics course you DO NOT need this. All it does is: allows you to enter in data which will then return an answer. It just uses the simple formulas you already know.
Also, there is not an option to calculate with a kip only N, kN, Kgf, Gf.
Come on Wolfram get with it...
